Privacy notice
This notice explains what we collect when you enquire, and why. It is written for a small specialist company, not as invented legal theatre.

What we collect
Name, phone, email, postcode, panel count, answers about existing protection and bird activity, optional photos, and any notes you send. Server logs may include IP address and browser type.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request for a free check or quote, to contact you by your preferred method, and to keep a record of the enquiry. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering a request you initiated, and/or steps toward a contract.
Who we share it with
We do not sell enquiries. Data may pass through an email provider or form webhook if those are configured. Analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) only run if tracking IDs are set, and are used to understand which pages and campaigns lead to calls and form submissions.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to complete the job and handle any follow-up, then deleted or archived according to ordinary business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete an unused enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, corrections, or deletion. Contact info@pvdefend.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO if you believe your data has been mishandled.
